My mod of 41427 Emma's Fashion Shop.
I set myself the challenge of only using bricks from my stash so I had to make some compromises (and use some very discoloured bricks!!)
The ground floor contains the shop, the 1st floor is the workroom with 2 sewing machines and a library of fabric.  Working conditions aren't great - no chairs and very cramped conditions!
The top floor has the living quarters - a bathroom, kitchen/living area and a fold down bed.

Top floor detail is fab -microwave and cosmetics in the wetroom, I don't mind the open backness of buildings so you've gone full modular with this. Maybe you need a 2nd one like some people do with modulars to go OTT. Also never admit to providing bad working conditions

Great job, very nicely modularised! You've packed in a huge amount of detail into those interiors!

Minidolls look great as mannequins too, question is what form will the staff and customers take?

Those tops won't fit minifigs and probably not very flattering for the yellow complexion
