So I was away when the lock down happened and ended up staying there for 5 months until it was time for the schools to go back :-)  With no Lego and no broadband (had to keep data for remote working!), I haven't been on the forum in an age.  Now that I'm back, I finally finished my castle that I had started before I left.  I decided to play with some power functions so I made a retractable drawbridge and the fire in the kitchen light up.  I left the portcullis as a manual one so we could drop it on invaders!

The front has an imposing view but the limitations of minifig space means packed hall ,impressive as it is, and the kitchen area needs a few animals or an armoury. How's the powerup operating the drawbridge
