Most impressive and good luck with its Ideas progress. Any city layout needs more of this type of build as it looks real and isn't cramped like the modulars ,and lots of minifigs can be seen ,to give life to your city. The kiosk could be made into any variety of vendor too!

Are the decorated window panes eg 'the stud' newspaper made up by yourself? Have not seen them before

Hi David, yes, those are designed by me.
Not a very good design though, it is just to give an idea.
I hope Lego would do better, should they ever produce it.
